If you say, there is no god, you include the possibility that there is one.
If you say, god does not exist, you include the possibility that he exists.
If you say, god is dead, you include the possibility that he is alive.
Not easy to get rid of that guy: Irony of the spirit, power of the realm of thoughts and visions, the astral. Or - setting it more physically: Potence of mental awareness. Think and create!
