luckily, there is a culture of circles in germany. archaic knowledge brings us together in this original form of being together. it was optimistic to see the opposite of the dictatorship. people gather in a circle to speak, to sing, to dance. to be. to show oneself to the world, whether this world is small or encompasses the whole firmament and the whole planet.

in these circles it is a tradition to confirm the visibility - or even the validity - of the individual by naming each participant his name. now listen carefully: most of the names are asked as a question. instead of a statement: here I am, here I insert myself, here I connect, it sounds more like: may I be here? or even: may I be? it's not easy for me to say that, but i've heard it mostly by female members.

do you know the phenomenon? it becomes clear when someone does it in a different way. enter your name in the room followed by a period, possibly with an exclamation point. it sounds funny, for some obscene. but that's exactly what our society needs: what we need.
